TeesPect Return & Refund Policy Guide

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and what to do if there’s a problem with your order.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Exchanges (Size / Fit Issues)

Not the right size? No problem.

We offer easy size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as your return is approved

💸 Returns & Store Credit

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

However, we do offer:

  • Store credit for eligible returns
  • Credit never expires — use it anytime

This allows us to keep prices fair while reducing waste from overproduction.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Final sale or discounted items (if marked)

 

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

⏱ Processing Time

  • Return requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days
  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions by email
  • Store credit is issued after the item is received and inspected

 

🌍 Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

🇪🇺 For EU Customers

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw does not apply to:

  1. Personalized or custom-made items

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene concerns

TeesPect reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion in these cases.

This policy is governed and interpreted in English, regardless of any translated versions provided.
