Return Policy

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to result from an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you notice any issues with your order, please submit a problem report promptly.

Return Address and Notifications
By default, the return address is set to the TeesPect facility. Once a returned shipment is received, you will receive an automated email notification. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks. If you choose not to use the TeesPect facility as the return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address
If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).

If you have not registered an account on TeeSpect.com and added a billing method, you agree that returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or unclaimed shipment will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost, without a refund being issued.


Return Policy for Specific Items
TeesPect does not accept returns for sealed goods, such as (but not limited to) face masks and swimwear, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders containing these items will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Custom-Made Products
All products are custom-made and produced to order for each customer. Consequently, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TeesPect does not accept returns or replacements if the customer requires a different size. Please consult the sizing chart available on each product page and contact us with any questions before placing your order.

TeesPect cannot process refunds for buyer’s remorse, regardless of intent.

Exceptions for Wrong or Damaged Items
We offer returns or exchanges only if you receive the wrong items or items that arrive damaged. If this occurs, please contact us at orders@teespect.com before returning any products.


EU Consumer Notification
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or personalized.
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

TeesPect reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion based on these terms.


Language and Governing Policy
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in English, regardless of any translations provided.
