TeesPect Return & Refund Policy Guide

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and what to do if there’s a problem with your order.


🛠 Issues With Your Order?

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is on our end, we’ll take full responsibility and cover the costs.

To report a problem, please submit a report.


📦 Returns and the Return Address

The return address is automatically set to the TeesPect facility. When we receive a returned item, you’ll get an automatic email notification.

⚠️ Important: Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks.

If you choose not to use the TeesPect facility as your return address, you’ll be responsible for any returnes.


📬 Wrong or Insufficient Address

If your provided address is considered incomplete or incorrect by the courier, your order will be returned to us. Once we confirm your updated address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping (if applicable).


📦 Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you’ll also be responsible for any reshipment fees to you or your end customer.


❗️ No Account or Billing Method on File?

If you haven’t created an account on TeesPect.com or added a billing method, any returned orders due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages cannot be reshipped. They’ll be donated to charity at your expense (no refunds issued).


🙅♂️ Return Policy for Certain Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on sealed goods like face masks and swimwear. These items will be disposed of and not available for reshipping.


🧵 Custom-Made Products

Every TeesPect product is made-to-order, created just for you once your order is received. Because of this:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or replacements due to sizing issues

Please refer to the sizing chart on each product page and don’t hesitate to reach out with any sizing questions before placing your order.


😔 Buyer’s Remorse

We appreciate your support and understanding, but unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse—no matter how well-intentioned the purchase was.


What We DO Accept

We only offer returns or exchanges if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product. If this happens, please contact us first before sending anything back:

🇪🇺 For EU Customers

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw does not apply to:

  1. Personalized or custom-made items

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable to return due to hygiene concerns

TeesPect reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion in these cases.


Language and Governing Policy

This policy is governed and interpreted in English, regardless of any translated versions provided.
